Put a little Glitz is someone's life! Itzy Rtizy offers gift certificates in any denomination. Your recipient will receive a mailed gift card with a hand written personalized gift message with redemption instructions. Please call 866.622.2295 to order gift certificates.

Getting Ritzy

We currently ship via UPS to the 50 USA States (see international shipping policy)

Standard Delivery

• All in-stock items will ship UPS Ground within 36 hours unless otherwise requested.
• Within the continental U.S., Itzy Ritzy™ guarantees delivery of all in stock items within 7-10 business days
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
• Credit card orders are not charged until they leave our warehouse.
• UPS Tracking number set with receipt via email.

Costs

• Standard orders within the continental US are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.95.
• An additional $10.00 is added to the Standard Delivery charge for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories.

International Shipping

Orders submitted online can only be shipped to the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and New Zealand.

Orders to Canada are charged a flat shipping fee of $20.00. Orders to Great Britain, Australia, and New Zealand are charged a base shipping fee of $32.00 for the first three items. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders of over three items.

If you would like your Itzy Ritzy™ order shipped to any other international address, please call to place your order by phone with an Itzy Ritzy™ Sales Associate, dial 866.622.2295.

An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.

Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Itzy Ritzy™ cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance.

If you would like to have your online order shipped within the USA, but billed to an international address, please enter the appropriate billing information at checkout.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy -- Simple and Sweet:

• You do not like it, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
• Products must me in new, unused, unwashed condition, within the original packaging.
• Unfortunately, personalized items, shipping costs, sale items and gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded unless there was an error on our end.

Return Policy – The Details:

At Itzy Ritzy™, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Itzy Ritzy™ items purchased at full price may be exchanged, replaced, or returned within 30 days of purchase given that they are in new, unwashed condition within their original packaging. We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from itzyritzy.com. If you purchased our products from a boutique or other e-tailer, please consult with the boutique as to their return policy.

• Items should be unused, unwashed, salable, and returned in their original product packaging.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
• Exchanges will be ground shipped to you free of charge
• Upon arrival at the Itzy Ritzy™ warehouse all returned items will go through our inspection process.
• If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
• Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to ItzyRitzy.com. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company.
• You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

Sale Item Return Policy

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns Intructions:

If you wish to return merchandise, please:

• Call before shipping any products back to us. Calling ahead allows us to evaluate the order and gives us time to properly handle any situation and provide you with the best possible customer service. We assure you speaking to one of our representatives will expedite any return or exchange process.
• Ship the package via UPS or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returning a Gift

Ever get a gift that wasn't your taste? We hope not from Itzy Ritzy™, but if so, we'd be happy to offer you an exchange for your gift following the return guidelines above. Please note, however, that we're unable to issue cash refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Itzy Ritzy™.

Taxes

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Illinois.

Payment Information

Itzy Ritzy™ accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express for all online orders. Your credit card is charged when your order is shipped. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.

Merchandise Availability

We make every effort to ensure availability; however, on occasion items may be limited, backordered or sold out due to demand levels.

Care Instructions:

Itzy Ritzy™ products are designed to be easy to use and are 100% machine washable.

• Machine Wash Cold with like colors without bleach.
• Itzy Ritzy™ Nurser: we recommend washing the garment in a lingerie bag to protect the buckle.
• Ritzy Riders™ & Ritzy Sitzys™: buckle all straps and close Velcro flaps.
• Line Dry or Tumble Dry Low - Remove Promptly
• Light Iron as Desired

Itzy Sitzy™ Safety

• Child must not be left unattended while sitting in a shopping cart or highchair
• Always use seatbelt.
• To lock seat belt, push in buckle as far as possible, then pull to check that buckle is locked.
• To unlock seat belt, push in side tabs on buckle and pull.
• Only children able to sit up by themselves should use highchair and shopping cart covers.
• Itzy Ritzy assumes no liability for children that climb or fall out of shopping carts and/or highchairs.
• Covers are intended to add comfort and style and are not intended to prevent injury or restraint.
• Parents and caregivers assume all liability for maintaining the safety of those under their care while using Itzy Ritzy™ products.
