Timeline – Orders placed for in-stock items typically ship within 24-business hours. Express orders received before 12:30pm CST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped on the following business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in South Dakota. You may choose from Ground, 2 Day and 1 Day delivery options at an extra charge; please note that even if you select expedited shipments orders do no deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
International Shipping – In addition to domestic shipping within the United States, we offer shipping to the countries listed below. Please note that increased shipping rates apply and the shipping price will automatically adjust to your location. Pricing will vary from country to country.

International Shipping Risks – Shipping products internationally has certain inherent risks. The risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. Your order may be subject to duties/taxes/brokerage fees/customs/VAT/importation fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and or charged at time of delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be and are not responsible for their payment. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The customer is responsible for those charges at delivery. These should not be confused with additional shipping amounts. The receiving customer is the importer. Usually the carrier will not release a package until those are paid or they (the shipping carrier) may send you a bill at a later date for those fees. Fees vary by each country. Please review and check those before you purchase so you are not surprised later at delivery. Furthermore, customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information or questions prior to placing an international order at www.itzyritzy.com. Additionally, when ordering from Itzy Ritzy, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance on your behalf any duties and taxes owed by you. It is outside our control, but as always, cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. As required, we may provide our international carriers with certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, and as such this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
U.S. and International government regulations prohibit marking items as gifts or marking merchandise below value. Even if “gift” is selected on your order, the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
International Shipping Times – Please understand that international packages will take longer to arrive than domestic orders. Once the package arrives into your country, it will also pass through your customs office which can add time to the delivery. Customs can hold a parcel for several weeks and open up packages for inspections. Usually international packages arrive within 4-6 weeks, yet it can take longer depending on transit times and customs clearance. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do internally to speed up the process. Lost packages are extremely rare, so please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive.
Foreign Currency Order Costs – All prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.
Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from www.itzyritzy.com you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties/taxes/brokerage fees/customs/VAT/importation fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Itzy Ritzy. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit and if the associated costs exceed the merchandise total, your credit card will be billed for the difference. Moreover, you are responsible for expenses associated with packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete address information, no signature on file, or no recipient at the shipping location provided.
Shipping Cost – Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout based on order size, weight, shipping time and location.
How To – Itzy Ritzy wants you to be completely happy with your purchase and we hope you’ll love everything, but understand if you need to make a return. We will accept unused and unwashed items with original packaging for returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Important Return Notes and Exceptions:
After you’ve reviewed the Return Notes and Exceptions, to return or exchange an item, please fill out the Return and Exchange form HERE
Once the form is completed, please email the form as an attachment through our Customer Support Center to obtain your RA number. We will review the form and email you the RA # and instructions on how to complete your return.
Items Purchased in Retail Stores and not via www.itzyritzy.com – Only items purchased directly from www.itzyritzy.com, are eligible for returns. All other purchases made at one of our retail partners must be returned or exchanged to them directly following that store’s individual return policy. Any items shipped to Itzy Ritzy that have been purchased from a retail store or other online retail partner will not be accepted and the item will be returned to the sender.
Defective/Damaged Items - If any of your items arrive damaged, you have fourteen (14) days from time of purchase to contact Customer Support for assistance immediately by email. Please include a photo of the damage/defect.
Missing Items in Shipment – If you receive a package and there is a missing item, you must notify us within two (2) days to ensure proper handling of your claim. After two (2) days, we are not responsible for missing items not reported to us within the stated timeframe.
Itzy Ritzy takes great care and consideration in developing and manufacturing gear that you’ll love and we pride ourselves on excellent quality. We are truly doing our best to give you our best! We stand behind that by offering a ninety (90) day warranty, from time of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship for Itzy Ritzy items purchased via www.itzyritzy.com and our select authorized Itzy Ritzy retailers
This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser and is not valid for items that were giveaways, raffles, prizes, re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner. All refunds and exchanges are issued at the discretion of Itzy Ritzy.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Limitation of Remedies: Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or components of the product. In no event will Itzy Ritzy or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product (including any repaired or replacement product or component) or its use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary depending on the jurisdiction.

If All Requested Information is Received, Itzy Ritzy Will: Email you instructions on how to return the product for inspection and determine if you are eligible for a product modification, repair, credit, refund, or replacement. The process should take less than 30 days.
