You’ll simply log in to your account and head over to your dashboard. Once there, you can explore the “Points = Cash” and “Points = Products” sections to see all the ways you can redeem your points for rewards.

Once you log into your account, you’ll see your points balance highlighted at the top of the page!

Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.

Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.

You earn points for every purchase, 1 point for every $1 spent. Those points can then be redeemed for rewards, either as shop credit or for select products, which you can use toward a future purchase.

If you return any items from an order, the points you earned for that purchase will be removed from your account.

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.

When you join Ritzy Rewards, you’ll start in the Itzy Insider tier. As you earn points, you can move up to higher tiers! Points can be earned through purchases and other activities listed in the “Ways to Earn” section. Spend $250 in a year to reach Izy VIP, and $450 to become an Itzy Icon.

Yes! You’ll need to meet the yearly spend requirements to stay in your tier. If not, you’ll move to the tier that matches your annual spend.

Your annual spend is based on the date you join the program—not the calendar year. For example, if you joined on March 3, your spend will reset on March 3 the following year.

You asked, we listened! Now you can earn points when you shop Itzy Ritzy in real life at our retail partners like Target, Walmart, and more. Just submit your receipt through the “Shopped Itzy In-Store” button in the “Ways to Earn” section within 30 days of your purchase. Please make sure the date is visible to earn points!

Each Ritzy Rewards account should be in one person’s name. We know that sometimes duplicates can happen by accident! If you think you might have more than one account under your name, reach out to our Customer Service team via our Contact Us form and we can help merge them. Accounts belonging to friends, family, or anyone else can’t be merged.
