When Early Access begins on Friday, August 18, you will receive an email (or text message if you're opted in!) with the link to the sale. Where is the sale? There will be a "Warehouse Sale" section of itzyritzy.com. We'll publish the link on social & send it to you in an email. You'll also be able to find it on the homepage of itzyritzy.com once the sale opens up for general access. Ritzy Rewards members will receive their early access link via email.

Are items in my cart reserved until I check out? No. We recommend browsing the website before the sale starts to know what you want ahead of time, and signing into your account prior to shopping so checkout goes faster!

Can I add things to cart ahead of time? No, you won't be able to add products to your cart, wishlist or favorites prior to the sale. Warehouse Sale products will not be visible until the beginning of the sale. starts.

Will I earn rewards on my purchase? Yes! You will receive Ritzy Diamonds on your Warehouse Sale orders. Diamonds will reflect the final discounted price paid (after sale pricing has been applied).

Can I use my Ritzy Rewards on the sale? No. Ritzy Rewards, shop credit and other discount codes will not be eligible during the Warehouse Sale.

What will shipping options be? There will be a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 on ALL itzyritzy.com orders for those within the contiguous United States during the Warehouse Sale. No expedited options will be available.

How long will shipping take? We're just as excited as you are to get your Warehouse Sale goodies! Due to order volume, it may take up to 10-15 additional business days for your items to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Will my whole order ship together? Yes, all orders will be fulfilled in full from our one warehouse location. If you place a large order or your order includes multiple larger-sized items, your order may ship in multiple boxes, but those will be packed and shipped together at the same time.

Is the sale available to those outside the U.S.? Yes, it's open to everyone! Check out which countries we ship to here. Shipping to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. will have standard shipping prices and regulations applied.

Can I cancel my Warehouse Sale order once placed? Due to volume, once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed.

Are items I order be covered by Itzy Ritzy's limited warranty? Items sold during the 2023 Warehouse Sale will be final sale and are not eligible for our limited warranty.

Are items I order eligible for returns? No, purchases made during our Warehouse Sale are final sale. No cancellations or order changes can be made after your order has been placed.

Can I use a discount code or rewards redemption? Due to the deep discounts, no additional discounts, shop credit or rewards will be eligible on Warehouse Sale merchandise.

Can I use a gift card I've received? Yes, gift card balances may be applied at checkout.

Will Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal be available for checkout? Yes, all of these payment options will be available.

Will I be able to use AfterPay and Sezzle? Yes, these will be available for purchases over $35.

Do I need to enter a code at checkout? No, Warehouse Sale merchandise will be priced as shown.

All orders will have a $9.99 flat rate shipping inside the contiguous US - all other shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
