Itzy Ritzy Diaper Bags come with a 180-day limited warranty against defects in workmanship that affect the functionality of the bags. Itzy Ritzy takes great care and consideration in developing and manufacturing gear that you’ll love, and we pride ourselves on excellent quality. We truly want to give you the best products and service possible! Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims; this includes gifted items. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship for Itzy Ritzy Diaper Bags purchased via www.itzyritzy.com and our select authorized Itzy Ritzy retailers.

Itzy Ritzy will make every effort to help you locate a receipt for diaper bags purchased directly from www.itzyritzy.com. We cannot assist you in locating a receipt from one of our authorized retailers. We recommend reaching out directly to the original retailer to obtain proof of purchase. In the event the item is a gift that was not logged on your gift registry, we recommend reaching out to the original purchaser to obtain proof of purchase.
This warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser and is not valid for items that were giveaways, raffles, prizes, re-sold or traded through resale or buy-sell-trade platforms (even items marked NWT/New-With-Tags), given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner.

We understand Itzy Ritzy Diaper Bags are often purchased as gifts in advance, which is why we have provided a generous length of time to review for defects. All warranty replacement diaper bags and select parts are issued at the discretion of Itzy Ritzy.
This warranty does NOT cover:
• Products other than Diaper Bags
• Diaper Bags purchased more than 180 days ago
• Replacement Diaper Bags issued from a previous warranty claim
• Products without original receipt or other proof of purchase
• Final sale or clearance sale items
• Products purchased outside of the continental United States
• Products that are not purchased through itzyritzy.com or an authorized Itzy Ritzy brick and mortar or online retailer
• Products that are traded or re-sold (even items marked NWT/New-With-Tags), given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner
• Accidents or lost or stolen diaper bags
• Damages or defects not caused by defects in materials and workmanship such as:
• Damages caused by normal wear and tear (e.g., Velcro® wear, appearance of lining, stains such as dirty spots or splotches, scratches that occur from dragging or normal everyday use, tears in material due to improper washing or use, seam separations resulting from excessive weight, child outgrowing product, etc.)
• Defects resulting from customer’s repair or alteration of the product
• Damage resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions, or improper storage such as outdoors, in damp environments, or molding food
• Defects caused by a natural breakdown of materials
• Shipping costs of sending the original bag to us for inspection

Limitation of Remedies: Your remedies under this limited warranty are limited to replacement of the product or select components of the product. In no event will Itzy Ritzy or any of its retailers, dealers, distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product (including any replacement product or select components of the product) or its use. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary depending on the jurisdiction.

If all criteria for 180 Day Limited Warranty is met, contact customer service via our Contact Us page and include all of the following information:
1. Personal contact information including name, number, shipping address and email address
2. Details of your proof of purchase
a.Upon our reply you will be asked to provide an Attached image or copy of receipt or registry log (2MB limit)
b.A cell phone picture of the physical receipt or a forward of the original online receipt will suffice
3. RN# and PO# found on the care tag of your Itzy Ritzy product
4. Comments/details on your diaper bag concern

Upon our reply to your request, you will be asked to attach images of all information requested in lines 2 through 4 (Proof of Purchase, RN# and PO#, your diaper bag concern)
If all requested information is received, Itzy Ritzy will email you instructions on how to return the product for inspection so we may determine if you are eligible for a replacement under the warranty terms. The process should take less than 30 days. Diaper bags submitted for a warranty claim must be received by Itzy Ritzy for inspection before a replacement will be sent.

Any replacement bag issued under this warranty will be the same exact bag as the original purchased – this warranty does not allow for exchanges or alternatives. If the original purchased bag is no longer produced/carried by Itzy Ritzy, our Customer Service team will work with you to provide a comparable solution at our discretion.
