Where is the sale?

Are items in my cart reserved until I check out?

No. We recommend browsing before the sale starts to know what you want ahead of time + signing into your account prior to shopping so checkout goes faster!

Can I add things to cart ahead of time?

Yes, you will be able to add products to your cart, wishlist and favorites before the sale begins.

Will I earn rewards on my purchase?

Yes! You will 1 point for every $1 spent on your End of Summer Sale. Points earned will reflect the final discounted price paid on merchandise (after sale pricing has been applied).

Can I use my Ritzy Rewards on the sale?

Yes! You can use and stack your Ritzy Rewards on End of Summer Sale orders.

What will shipping options be?

Free shipping on orders of $125 or more within the contiguous United States.

Pricing for expedited shipping and shipping outside of the contiguous United States will be shown at checkout.

How long will shipping take?

We’re just as excited as you are to get your Itzy Ritzy End of Summer Sale goodies! Due to order volume, please allow 3-8 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Will my whole order ship together?

Yes, all orders will be fulfilled in full from our one warehouse location. If you place a large order or your order includes multiple larger-sized items, your order may ship in multiple boxes, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package.

Is the sale available to those outside the U.S.?

Yes! Check out which countries we ship to here. Shipping to destinations outside the contiguous United States will have standard shipping prices and regulations applied.

Can I cancel my End of Summer Sale order once placed?

Due to volume, once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed.

Are items I order eligible for returns?

Some items sold during the 2026 End of Summer Sale will be eligible for returns in compliance with our return policy. Items marked “Final Sale” will not be eligible for return or exchange. No cancellations or order changes can be made after your order has been placed.

Can I use a discount code?

No additional discounts or shop credit will be eligible on End of Summer Sale merchandise.

Can I use my Ritzy Rewards?
