What is Ritzy Rewards?

Ritzy Rewards is Itzy Ritzy’s loyalty rewards program. It’s an extension of our already amazing community, where you can get early access to events, special offers, and gifts, and earn shop credit for itzyritzy.com purchases.

You can sign up here.

Everyone automatically starts at the Rose Gold level, and you can move up to Platinum, then Diamond!

How do I earn Ritzy Rewards?

Every time you make a purchase on itzyritzy.com, you will earn cash back via shop credit for itzyritzy.com. You can also earn cashback via shop credit for itzyritzy.com by referring your friends. You get $5 of shop credit once your friend makes a purchase and uses your code for 25% off their first order of $100 or more. Shop credit and discount code terms & conditions apply.

How much cashback do I get when I make a purchase?

You’ll receive 5% cash back via shop credit on itzyritzy.com. Diamond Tier members will receive 10% cash back via shop credit on itzyritzy.com.

How do I redeem Ritzy Rewards?

Log in to your account on rewards.itzyritzy.com to view your balance.  Cashback is automatically applied to your Ritzy Rewards account once a purchase is made. You can redeem your cash back directly at checkout. 

Will I earn Ritzy Rewards on all of my purchases?

Yes, you can earn Ritzy Rewards on any purchase from itzyritzy.com. Unfortunately, purchases from other retailers are not eligible unless expressly stated during special promotions.

Do Ritzy Rewards expire?

Yes, Ritzy Rewards expire 6 months from the date they are earned. If you are subscribed to our emails, you will get reminders before your points expire so you don’t miss the opportunity to redeem them! We may occasionally text regarding your Ritzy Rewards.

Can I redeem my Ritzy Rewards on any products?

Ritzy Rewards can be redeemed on almost any full-price product with very few exceptions, like special collections such as our Chelsea + Cole Collection for Itzy Ritzy, Final Sale items, as well as Gift Cards and Mystery Items. These restrictions are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.

When I redeem my Ritzy Rewards for a discount at checkout, can I also use a coupon code? 

When you redeem your Ritzy Rewards cash back at checkout, this will apply to your order as a discount and cannot be combined with other codes or offers.

How do I get to VIP tiers?

When you hit certain levels of Ritzy Rewards, you will be moved up to the next tier! You can reach this by making purchases.

Spend $750 to become a Platinum Tier member.

Spend $1,500 to become a Diamond Tier member.

Will I ever fall back to a lower tier?

No! Once you reach a tier, you will remain there until you work your way up to the next tier.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can accumulate?

Nope! You can refer as many friends as you’d like. The referral only works if it’s their first purchase through Itzy Ritzy on orders of $100+.

Can I share my code anywhere?

We LOVE that you're excited to share your Ritzy Rewards referral link with your followers. These links are for introducing people in your own personal circle about Itzy Ritzy. Please note that referral links/soliciting of referral links is not permitted in our Insiders Facebook Group, or in comments of our social media posts and ads. If you have a larger network or following you would like to share Itzy Ritzy with, please contact us about becoming an Ambassador.

Violation of our terms may result in removal from the program.

Can I combine Ritzy Rewards from multiple accounts into one account?

We are unable to combine/merge/transfer Ritzy Rewards accounts.

Can I combine Ritzy Rewards with other discounts?

We are unable to allow the combination of Ritzy Rewards with other discounts or shop credit.

Can I still use a code I have redeemed on the old platform?

Yes! Codes already redeemed on the old platform are still able to be used. Please contact customer service if you have any trouble redeeming or need help accessing a code.
